We do not guarantee or promise any results. All results will be determined by yourself ultimately. Our job is to guarantee you have the right information, tools, and instructions to properly perform stock research and put you in the position to succeed.

The No Math Path to Investing Money Back Guarantee is only applicable to the payment made for the No Math Path to Investing offer and to Students who complete all the milestones in the No Math Path to Investing class. If you fail to complete the program, you will not be able to submit a request for the refund. If you do complete the milestones, you will submit the request to receive your money back through your Accountability Coach or by emailing fintek@fintekmedia.com. The offer amount will be refunded to the Student’s original form of payment on file.

The No Math Path to Investing, Fin Tek Circle and Accountability Coaching experience is a privilege that not all will get to experience. Our staff is high quality and we expect that same standard out of our students. Once beginning the program, you are acknowledging that you will not be given handed stock picks, and you are not looking for our coaches or others in your cohort to make decisions for you. Instead, you will work side by side with our team and others in your cohort to learn the content presented and put in the work to apply it to your portfolio.

The vast majority of work in this program will be done between live sessions since each session only lasts half an hour. It is your responsibility to perform the instructions given in the video material. Failure to follow these instructions or dedicate the time necessary to complete them may result in poor performance. We do everything we can to help make you successful, but we can't be held responsible if you don't put in the effort. 

Due to the volume of Students we receive on a consistent basis it is very important that our coaching staff is not bogged down with Students for extended periods of time. This takes away opportunity from other Students to have access to that coach or a coach in general. To ensure everyone makes it through the program in an appropriate manner, we require that you pre-schedule a coaching session every week or forfeit that session. We will only allow a one-time exception for not losing a session as we do understand that life happens.

If you for any reason need to cancel your coaching appointment you will need to notify your coach 48 hours in advance. You are entitled to the time frame that was scheduled. Meetings that start late will not be extended to accommodate additional time. All sessions canceled inside this time period will result in the use of that session. Please note that our coaches’ time is very valuable and when one cancels it not only burdens them but has taken away the opportunity for another Student to schedule a meeting.

After you are onboarded with the No Math Path to Investing program, Fin Tek Circle and your Accountability Coach, you will have a certain amount of time to complete your 1-on-1 sessions and group calls. You may NOT continue your 1-on-1 coaching after the time expires. Please use your 1-on-1 coaching sessions within this timeframe.

4 sessions- 4 weeks from the date of your onboarding call, sessions expire.

We are committed to providing all participants with a positive experience. Thus, Fin Tek Media LLC may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in any of its programs, live, private, recorded, social media-based, or digital without refund or forgiveness of remaining payments if:

You become disruptive or difficult to work with, or you fail to follow the program guidelines; or, you impair the participation of our instructors or participants in our program(s)

You hereby ratify your understanding that all program sales are non-refundable and waive any rights to charge back your purchase with your credit card processor.

If for any reason the client would want to cancel services, they must notify the Support Email listed below 72 hours before the Cancellation policy expires. This cancelation notice must be submitted in writing over email to fintek@fintekmedia.com. In addition, you must schedule and take an exit interview with one of our team members over the phone to help us create a better experience for future partners.

One can not begin the private group/courses until all agreed-upon funds have been settled. Fin Tek Media LLC's No Math Path to Investing course has a 72-hour Cancellation policy after purchase. No refunds can be issued over 3 days after the purchase of the product. If you are within 3 days of purchase, purchase including the No Math Path to Investing class or the bundle with the 12-month Fin Tek Circle membership, and would like to cancel and receive a refund, please reach out to fintek@fintekmedia.com for additional information.

If you complete the No Math Path to Investing Program and purchased the bundled 12-Month Fin Tek Circle membership offer, your Fin Tek Circle Membership will rollover into an annual membership after the completion of the four week program. Your first payment will be charged within a week of completing the four week program to the credit card on file. You may choose to convert your No Math Path refund into credits toward a 12-month Fin Tek Circle Membership. If you opt to pay in quarterly installments, Fin Tek Media LLC will charge your credit card every 3 months and the credit will be applied to the last quarter “3 months” of the 12-month Fin Tek Circle membership. If you choose to pay upfront, the credit will be applied immediately. Once the refund is converted into a credit, our obligation to issue your refund will be considered settled. You may not request an additional refund of your No Math Path fee once the credit has been issued.
